Foreclosure Avoidance Seminar — with the Miami-Dade Bar Association
Having trouble making mortgage payments? You’re not alone. As the COVID moratorium lifts and banks rev up their foreclosure machines, it is more important than ever to protect yourself if you are facing foreclosure. Floridians For Honest Lending has partnered with the Miami-Dade Bar Association (the legal community in Miami-Dade) and their Foreclosure Committee to present a seminar on how to avoid foreclosure during these times.
The Foreclosure Committee has assembled a panel of leading foreclosure defense, loan modification and bankruptcy attorneys and experts. They will have a town hall meeting to discuss the best steps you can take to prepare for the coming foreclosure crisis.
